    To give you a peace of mind, we provide a free 14 day standard warranty on all our products.

  2. How do I purchase an extended warranty from you?
    We give you the choice to purchase a 1 year extended warranty at a heavily discounted rate (20 USD). Please contact us for more information.

  3. Will you pay for all repair charges?
    Yes, we will be responsible for all repair and insection charges if the product is determined to have a manufacturing fault. The only charge you will be responsible for is the cost of shipping the product to us.

  4. What do I do if I’ve received a faulty product?
    Please notify us immediately and we will provide you with a RMA number and further instruction on how to return it to us.
